Experienced Supervisor required for Customer Service Supervisor. Night Shift - 5 nights a week, some weekends. Loadings apply.

Growing e - Commerce company.  

Emphasis on your Team leading and CS skills.

Must Speak Mandarin as Clients are overseas. 

Must be PR or Australian Citizen

The Role !:

• Lead, develop, and support agents through frequent coaching
• Monitor the Client Service team (ensure dress code is followed, clean desk policy, breaks are taken in a timely manner, professionalism, etc.)
• Assist Senior agents and agents with questions or concerns
• Clearly communicate changes/updates to agents
• Effectively delegate tasks to senior agents and agents
• Complete detailed shift reports on a daily basis
• Prepare shift rosters
• Review emails, keep up-to-date, and email correspondence
• Attend various meetings (Meetings with agents, Manager, etc.)
• Updating the database with changes and keep track of issues, coaching, meetings, attendance, incidents, etc.
• Review system/database for outstanding issues
• Administrative HR needs of Client Service team such as performance reviews and recruiting
• Report to the manager with concerns/updates/changes
• Production system set up
• Document library build up and maintenance
• Assist manager with various projects
