Your new role
You will be responsible for inputting clients risk data and liaising with clients in response to their enquiries. You will ensure documents are properly executed and loans are properly collateralized. You will work with offshore teams in order to execute client on boarding and closure requests. You will be completing any ad hoc static data requests and managing clients enquiries and complaints. You will handle all account management related tasks and provide E-banking support. You will be responsible for facilitating term deposit requests as well as being the single point of contact for e-banking clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a strong knowledge of client services and payments. You will have knowledge of corporate banking products and a minimum of 2 years in a corporate banking processing environment. You will be a motivated and responsible with strong communication skills. You will be a team player and have experience in a high pressure environment.
