The opportunity
Due to rapid growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated financial adviser to join our holistic and forward thinking practice. Working together with the practice principal, you will be responsible for managing the needs of existing clients, following through with warm leads as well as generating new ones.

About the Role
Coming from a strong background in servicing clients, you’ll be expected to work autonomously with guidance from the practice principal. You are committed to further developing your skills and expertise through ongoing training and development.
The role will involve reviewing the financial needs of our existing client base, following through with warm leads, as well as generating new leads.
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Diploma in Financial Planning (RG146 Compliant)
- Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and/or relevant degree qualifications
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in a financial planning role
- Strong technical knowledge in superannuation, taxation, investment and insurance
- Good working knowledge of adviser compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- A proactive attitude and an ability to convert warm leads
- Willingness to occasionally travel to meet clients
Desirable Selection Criteria:
- Proficient in the use of XPLAN
