The Company

This organisation is driving their business to the next level of success and are looking to hire a Business Manager to support the Head of Corporate Superannuation. This is a permanent role.
The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Manager to assist the Head of Corporate Superannuation in the strategic direction of their portfolio. This role is instrumental in working across all levels of the business to drive retention and support the Head of Superannuation in drafting and executing the strategy. It is a senior and highly influential role which will suit someone who enjoys variety and exposure to the leadership team.
Key Accountabilities
• Working closely with and supporting the Head of Corporate Superannuation’s planning requirements around strategy and retention;
• Chief of Staff duties including having the right people in the right place to ensure the corporate clients are serviced to the highest level possible. This role also requires the successful applicant to look ahead to the next phase and highlight areas which others may have missed;
• Managing the superannuation education budget and information management requirements;
• Liaising across Investment Management and Insurance stakeholders to ensure the message to the clients is on brand, on brief and consistent;
• Co-ordination of internal and external superannuation related audits;
• Ad hoc Project work as required by the Head of Corporate Superannuation.

To be successful for the role, you will have;
• Excellent knowledge of superannuation, ideally corporate superannuation.
• At least 10 years’ experience in either an office or business management role;
• Extensive process and project management;
• Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills;
• General understanding of strategic planning processes;
• Experience with writing Board Reports.
