Are you eager to enter the lucrative world of professional sales with an interest in stock markets… looking for a ticket to the Sydney CBD? If so, a rapidly growing and dynamic financial markets company is looking to recruit hungry and self-motivated sales managers and team leaders.
We are looking for a Sales Manager and Team Leader to work in our Sydney CBD office, and to build a new team of staff and to integrate them into the existing tram.
We operate a leading and prestigious global stock market advisory service and a Wealth Management Business. The company has a global presence and analysts that are regularly seen on Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN and the BBC.
We are in our 16th year, with a successful track record established in value based investing and delivering above average investment returns for thousands of our clients. An opportunity has now arisen to join our highly successful and motivated sales team. Do you enjoy the stock market?
This is the ideal role for someone with significant sales management experience and who has a proven track record of success in capturing and delivering new business, leading and motivating a team of sales people, recruiting and getting results. Proven track record in generating revenue and managing a team of sales personnels from the front. We will provided qualified leads. Full product training will be provided.
Ideally your sales management experience is within the financial services industry although this is not a necessary prerequisite. This role requires a Sales Manager and Team Leader with experience with telesales executives. Leading from the front to train, close sales and motivate the sales team to generate sales revenue targets in a high paced enviroment.
Experience in the financial services industry - such as the stock broking industry - would be beneficial to your application. However we would consider anyone with the right sales management and or account management background and experience, we are looking for motivated and driven people.
