This is a very exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join a well known national brand looking for an experienced Mobile Mortgage Manager to coach, manage and motivate a team of brokers to achieve their key targets and ensure regulatory and individual compliance.
The role:
- Passionate sales leadership through strong communication and performance achievement
- Building strong relationships and driving a high performance sales culture
- Recruitment of like minded, motivated, enthusiastic staff to grow the team
- Support and coach mortgage brokers to increase sales volumes and build the brand
- Develop and maintain industry and local area networks
- Drive the increase of revenue and market share within the region
- Manage performance issues effectively and within legal guidelines
- Sales coaching on a regular basis to coach performance, business planning and business development
- Conduct certified mentoring program coaching
- Hold monthly regional team meetings to share best practice and other relevant information with the team
- Assist brokers to improve productivity and profitability
- Develop monthly and quarterly business plans for your region
Your skills and experience:
- Relevant qualifications or indicative years of experience within the financial or mortgage industry
- Proven experience managing, inspiring and leading a team
- Experience in effective sales coaching and developing
- Demonstrable experience in making strategic decisions and applying creativity to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong relationship building skills
