The Role
  
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Banking Consultant to join our friendly team in the Weipa branch.
  
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and service. 
  
Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated sales experience
• Cash handling experience
• Exceptional communication & member service skills
• A demonstrated ability to adapt to change
• Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
• Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)

This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week.
