Role overview

This role is pivotal to the payments team for our client. You will be a part of a fast paced team.

Responsibilities

Ensure that the daily work is actioned within deadlines
Identify and escalate issues and concerns, client complaints, service failures
Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Direct Entry payments
Accurately process and reconcile payment files across multiple systems
Reconcile accounts and process journals

Skills and experience

Proven experience in retail banking payments
Experience in Direct Entries is essential
High attention to detail
Proactive thinking
Identify and report exceptions and solve problems
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
