About the Role:

The Team Leader Operations is responsible for the effective management of workflow across the BOQ Mortgage Hub ensuring assessment and validation standards are maintained and service levels are met.

With a strong focus on staff management, training and quality control this role will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 11 Broker Assessors tasked with the assessment of PAYG Retail Banking secured lending facilities
  • Ensuring bank policy and compliance procedures are adhered to across the BOQ Retail Network
  • Ensuring the team are achieving established Service Level Agreements and monitoring productivity in line with Key Performance Indicators
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to the Retail Network
  • Communicating changes to the BOQ Credit Policy and ensuring the teams objectives are aligned to the business
  • Completing monthly staff one on one’s, overseeing performance management and training and development.

To be successful in this role you will possess a demonstrated background in staff management with a strong foundation in retail lending. We are seeking an individual with proven leadership skills and prior experience managing multiple staff members. Corporate Operations and Branch Management applicants are encouraged to apply.
