Unique, newly created role for high performing, proven and passionate Asset Finance Specialist.
High growth business, this pivotal role will see you enjoy a professional, innovative and progressive business who pride themselves on ongoing training and development. As part of the Sales and Marketing team your role will be to drive business (sales) growth via the establishment of new client relationships (appointment setting) and nurturing of existing clients via outbound contact (phone and email).
The Outbound Lead Generator role is responsible for supporting Australian and New Zealand sales consultants to activate their clients and prospects based on data provided through CRM portfolios.
The Role:
- Prospecting, identifying and qualifying new business
- Research existing and new businesses via the use of LinkedIn, internet, social media, trade magazines etc understanding their structure and asset requirements
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and proactively follow up to better chances of engagement and commission!
- Coordinate meetings between the sales team and prospective clients to hit your targets and make great commission
- Provide data and information to assist the sales team
- Record all correspondence using our CRM system, salesforce.com
- Be committed to nurturing relationships to drive business growth, revenue whilst making great money!
To be successful:
- An enthusiastic individual with a positive ‘can do' attitude who is not afraid to get stuck into task;
- Graduated with a diploma or tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, accounting or business
- Around 3 years experience in telephone based customer service or sales ideally gained in the financial services sector eg. outbound sales/telemarketing/call centre and /or inside sales experience
- Thrive reaching targets to make great commission;
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with an inherent ability to build effective rapport;
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM system (desirable)
