Venture Financial Advisers are a well-established and highly respected Financial Planning organisation located in Central Bendigo. The firm offers all aspects of strategic financial planning advice and wealth management solutions to a diverse range of clients.
As part of this role your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client reviews, including booking meeting appointments, preparation of review documents and implementation of chosen strategies
- Being the first point of contact for all client enquiries (phone & email)
- Maintaining client files and database records (Xplan)
- Liaising with Fund Managers and Centrelink
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and providing support across the business.
You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills including a professional phone manner
- A willingness to learn
- Extremely strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
- The ability to work as a team
- Have a desire to support a range of clients and be part of a culture which is focused on delivering quality outcomes.
While previous experience in the financial planning industry would be an advantage, it is your client focused attitude which will secure you the position.
