We are a platform situated in Sydney CBD that provides integrated services related to mortgage finance, accounting and tax. Our history can be traced back to 2006. In a crucial time in the interesting marketplace, we are recruiting an experienced assessor with commercial sense and high level of self-initiatives in providing client service excellence to join the Mortgage Finance team. This area of our business possess great knowledge and diverse exposure into commercial and residential property related transactions. In this role you will be performing as an internal credit analyst role in assisting with packaging and processing property finance applications. 

 

Key duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Analyse applicants' financial status, property and project scenarios, credit worthiness to determine feasibility of being grant finance approval.
  • Collate clients’ supporting documents and prepare submission.
  • Ensure internal compliance documents are up to standard.
  • Liaise with lenders’ Assessment and Credit area, carry applications through to settlement.
  • Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products.

 

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • 2 - 3 years' experience mortgage brokerages, lenders, or accounting firm preferred.
  • A fair and assertive approach to internal/external enquiries supported by a friendly and professional interpersonal skillset.
  • Strong business communication and numerical accuracy.
  • Fluently speak, read and write English and Mandarin in business level
  • A proactive and organised approach to your work.
  • Positive teamwork and a strong work ethic.
  • “Client first” mentality and result driven.
