We are currently undertaking a number of new and exciting challenging initiatives here at Cbus and as a result need a Senior Compliance Officer to join the team.
You will be responsible for supporting delivery of the compliance framework and compliance requirements of the Fund within the Governance and Risk Team, including responsibility for maintaining privacy compliance; stakeholder management for business units; handling enquiries from Fund staff, preparation of reporting; and investigation of incidents and privacy related complaints.

Your role will be key in the maintenance of the Privacy Compliance Program covering all aspects of how personal information is captured, used and distributed. You will support and partner with IT security, and Data Governance and be an active participant in the Information Management Council which provides the oversight of the Data Governance Framework.

Your role will provide subject matter expertise to different business areas on compliance related topics including operational matters and changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that Privacy Impact Assessments are completed for all activities.

You will actively participate in activities required to ensure the Fund complies with all financial services laws including (but not limited to) Privacy Act, Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act; Corporations Act; Anti Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing; ; Regulatory Licenses; and APRA Prudential Standards.
