Due to solid growth in the corporate business unit they are looking to expand their corporate sales team by employing a new Business Development Manager.

They are looking for candidates who are hungry to seek out and ultimately win new business opportunities, interact closely with clients and provide a consultative sales approach to their needs.

The role:

• You will be given an existing book of clients that you will grow and farm
• Act as an adviser for self-trading FX clients
• Use a pro-active mind to ensure that your clients are always using your company for all their FX needs
• Providing exceptional customer service - always on the look out for what your clients may need
• Discuss the financial markets and the effects of movements
• Ensure all client data on the system is accurate

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience in either Account Managing / Sales or Operations, preferably within FX or Financial Services industry
• High levels of motivation to be successful
• Strong client focus/care
• Demonstrate the ability to cross-sell and up-sell all throughout accounts and spot potential opportunities
• Ability to work autonomously

Remuneration package:

$70k - $75k base salary + Super + a very generous uncapped commission structure.
