- Complete Settlements & Compliance support (this will be even more important with upcoming changes among the big Consumer Lenders).

- Commercially minded Salespeople – you know how to win a sale & you're at your happiest when you're stacking up a big deal
- BMs who can hustle! Our highest paid brokers have their phones glued to their ears & are always building relationships and asking for referrals
- Vibrant & Friendly people who will contribute to our office culture – everyone here loves walking in the door each morning. We love collaborating, sharing ideas and workshopping deals.
