Client Services Officer – Financial Planning

Drake Townsville has partnered with Evergreen Financial Advisers, a local financial planning business to recruit for their next Client Services Officer.Included in this position will be a range of duties, however not limited to broad customer service, financial administration, problem solving and working in a small team environment.
To be considered, the following criteria are key to success:
- Previous demonstrated client or customer facing service experience
- Financial sector experience (highly desirable)
- Savvy administrative experience & working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Current driver’s license
- Demonstrated polished and clear communication skills
- Professionally presented
- Ability to complete national police check
- Ability to complete series of skill based assessments
- Two work related references
