Our client is a reputable financial company in Melbourne who is currently seeking a Mandarin Speaking Senior Insurance Manager - Commercial to join their team. The right candidate manages all aspects of commercial insurance including but not limited to strata insurance, property insurance and etc. With a skillful approach to client oriented and consultative advice, this role plays a high level of important role on implementing and maintaining a relationship of trust and professionalism with their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a top level of service to new and existing clients, ensuring professional relationships are maintained
• Prospecting for new business
• Providing the accurate quote to customers 
• Assisting the company on a large portfolio of commercial clients
• Responsible for processing new business certificates of currency, quotes, endorsements and managing the renewal processes
• generating opportunities with new opportunities  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Insurance as a leader
• Exceptional business relationship and communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• RG146 - Tier 1 & 2 Accreditation is preferable but not essential

Conditions:

• Citizenship, permanent resident visa holders
