Your new role
You will be responsible for the daily account management of the new and existing private clients and answering queries via phone and email. You will be booking transactions and processing them through as well as promoting the various FX products. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have at least 1 years’ industry experience and have strong communication skills. You will have sound experience dealing with FX and be self-motivated. You will have a background in payments as well as liaising with clients. You will have a strong attention to detail and have a proven track record of success within a customer service environment.
