Our client is a leading Fund Administration firm who are growing rapidly due to market diversification. Due to their recent growth, they have an opportunity available for an experienced Unit Registry Officer to join a busy, high performance team. 

Role responsibilities will include:  

• Processing unit-holder transactions, i.e. applicants, redemptions, switches, off-market transfers and deceased estate transmissions
• Complete daily/monthly reporting to Fund Managers, Custodians and Investors
• Unit-holder, Adviser and Fund Manager enquiries
• Data entry of new and updated unit-holder information
• Peer validation of static data amendments
• Validation of unit-holder transactions in HiTrust
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of various management and client reporting
• Collect, record and report statistical information for Fund Managers
• Prepare correspondence
• Answer telephone enquiries and Contact Centre enquiry logs
• Attend to unit-holder enquiries in person

In order to be successful, you will have: 

• 2 - 5 years' experience in Funds Management or Custody Administration; 
• Strong time management skills and an ability to manage various competing priorities in a high volume environment; 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong communicator, both written and verbal. This person must be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at various levels;  
• A good eye for system improvements and streamlining; 
• Excellent attention to detail, as demonstrated in a previous role; 
• Strong systems exposure including Paxus, Calastone or mFunds.
