About the role

Due to growth in our team, we’re now seeking a detail focussed team member to join us a quality assurance lead in our leasing team. You’ll have 2 core functions; conducting quality assessments with our sales teams and running our regular external audits from information gathering and coordination to implementation of audit recommendations. With exposure across the end to end leasing cycle, your responsibilities will also include;

• Performing internal call quality/email audits
• Identifying & analysing processes that deliver a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
• Working with team leaders across the organisation setting team standards, building compliance frameworks and driving a “quality assurance” culture
• Driving external compliance and audit checks

About you

We’re looking for an analytical thinker who is ready to manage a variety of stakeholders.  You’ll have previous experience in quality assurance, risk or compliance, ideally within a Financial Services environment combined with the ability to communicate effectively. In addition, you’ll have;

• Proven ability to understand legislation and compliance application within Financial Services
• An operational mindset
• Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills
• A high attention to detail
• Confidence, resilience and the ability to influence others
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
