• As a result of the ongoing development of our people we have two exciting Assistant Manager Opportunities that we are looking to fill.

About The Role

The purpose of Lending Services is to manage the Bank’s high risk customers in order to achieve the very best outcomes for customers and ANZ. In this role you will support a Relationship Manager/Associate Director in all facets of the job including client and internal stakeholder management, strategy determination and implementation. You will participate in timely & accurate completion of credit submissions and the maintenance of complete and accurate customer files. You will also be a key contact for customers, attending meetings and responding to queries on a regular basis.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Demonstrated customer service skills including relationship building
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of the structuring of security arrangements
• Confidence, professionalism, integrity and strong sense of accountability
• Previous Commercial lending or loan workout experience will be well regarded
