Key Financial Crime Compliance Senior Manager roles available within one of Australia's leading financial services company. The roles sit within the Group Financial Crime compliance Policy and Regulatory Engagement team with a focus on new policy development. You will be working within a friendly, motivated team that encourages cross-training and internal promotion. These are varied roles with significant scope and responsibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish, maintain and review financial crime compliance policy framework against risk appetite
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements
- Continuously driving improvement and efficiency to ensure best practise
- Act as key point of contact for group compliance and policy frameworks across the business
- Co-ordinate policy reviews, liaising with senior stakeholders and internal stakeholders
- Responsible for the development and coordination of delivery of Group wide financial crime training and development programs
- Apply a global mindset when developing policies
To be considered for this position you will ideally have the following skills & experience;
- Compliance management policy development experience on a Global scale (preferable)
- A sound understanding of Financial Crime regulatory framework and a knowledge of AML/CTF and Sanctions environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certification highly desirable
- Experience working with Australian regulators
- Able to deal with senior stakeholders and present to management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
