Your new role
A newly created opportunity to support the introduction of a more strategic and effective project management office. This is an enterprise PMO that covers both business and technology programs with a real opportunity to improve project management process and capability across the organisation. This role will report into the Director and work collaboratively with the business to introduce visibility of programs to align with the strategic goals of the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading a PMO within Investments or Capital Markets
- Well developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Previous experience managing a small team with the ability to develop and coach employees
- A sound understanding of investment products
- A process improvement lens
- Previous experience managing the governance and reporting functions
- Previous experience developing best practice tools and templates
