Due to continued growth they are seeking experienced residential home loan professionals to join their new Retention and Relationship (inbound/outbound phone calls) team that promotes all company products.
 
Role Overview
 
As a Retention and Relationship Manager, you will become a vital member of the team, providing high level service to clients. You will manage the client relationship from initial contact up to settlement. You will be required to meet with clients in person when needed. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Liaising with the customers in your portfolio on their current mortgage whilst identifying cross sale opportunities
• Manage relationship with Brokers / Introducers / 3rd parties to get repeat business whilst providing them outstanding service and support
• Liaise with internal departments to keep a track of the application and raise escalations where required with stake holders (credit teams, wealth teams, etc)
• Keep clients updated with their application and analyse their needs to explore cross-selling opportunities

Skills & Experience

• You must have proven experience in sales, retention and/or client service
• You hold outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• You possess a desire to be extremely productive coupled, be outcome driven and enjoy working with KPI's
• An understating of home loans or mortgage broking would be advantageous
