About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC and 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne
Role Type: Permanent Full time 
 
As a Banker Engagement Manager, you will lead the delivery of banker engagement programs and strategies for the Contact Centre by providing advice and support to key stakeholders within Contact Centre, and bank-wide. You will ensure effective delivery of integrated internal communication strategies, re-design the way we do “communication” and finding innovative ways to better communicate change and engage with our people. Your role responsibilities include how we communicate large change programs, knowledge management, campaigns and wider engagement strategies.  This is a dynamic role with many moving parts so your project management skills will be critical to your success.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

  • Proven experience in communications and engagement roles
  • Experience or a strong understanding of Change management and/or project management principles
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder management experience
  • Tertiary Qualification in a management/communications related field is preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and demonstrated excellent customer focus
