The opportunity
Do you like the idea of being part of a growing organisation? Does your ideal next role enable you to combine your experience in business development, promotion, stakeholder engagement and marketing of products and services within the financial services or health industry?
As our Business Development Manager you will represent and promote the range of HESTA products and services to current and potential members and employers and maximise opportunities for HESTA to grow its brand awareness with particular emphasis on growing members in the workplace.
You will excel at targeting and executing opportunities to increase market share within relevant states and identify and build existing and potential new key relationships. This role is an opportunity to deliver on required outcomes, develop and increase brand recognition with members, and liaise when applicable to present on our service provided to employers and members.
You will thrive when building strategic relationships, networking and developing our Fund’s marketing strategy and working with our Marketing team.
Your commercial acumen, energy and passion to deliver great results and will add immediate and long-term value to your team, all of HESTA and of course, our amazing members. It is essential you have an undergraduate qualification in business management / finance or other relevant discipline.
