Business Development Manager - Broker Channel

Rapid Loans Ltd is a fast growing Australian company providing funding to both private and business clientele in Australia and New Zealand. Starting in 2003 Rapid Loans Ltd has been steadily growing and due to this expansion we are seeking to fill the above position.

THE ROLE:

You will be a strong performer with substantial knowledge of the broker market (especially in motor finance), an appreciation of the alternative finance sector and ideally, an established broker portfolio. 

Your proven track record will speak to your experience in the development and delivery of innovative strategies to support the growth of an expanding business. You will be able to deepen and drive existing relationships with the view of optimising sales and portfolio growth, whilst ensuring that all risk, compliance and audit requirements are met, including training where required.

Your focus will be on delivering in response to the changing needs of the business and working cohesively with our internal team to achieve successful financial outcomes across Australia and New Zealand teams.
