Sedley Koschel Financial Group are an established northern Gold Coast boutique Financial Planning practice, seeking an enthusiastic, technically competent and passionate Client Service Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be a proactive team player who prides themselves in delivering excellent customer service to existing and new clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support all client queries concerning the implementation of advice, ongoing service and monitoring of investment portfolios
- Maintain communication with clients, third party providers and advisers
- Assist senior advisers to maintain and build client relationships
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years' experience in financial planning client management
- Experience with XPLAN Financial Planning software desirable
- Excellent Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A professional nature – someone who is punctual, well presented and reliable.
