Our client is a boutique residential lending specialist that has been operating in the Melbourne market for over 10 years. They are on the lookout for a highly motivated Loan Administrator to join their close-knit team, where you will provide support to the brokers in the office. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team that offers ongoing career development, a busy and diverse role and a supportive working environment.
Your key responsibility in the role will be to assist the brokers in the office and their clients throughout the loan process, this will include:
- Collecting client information and processing loan applications
- Tracking loan files through to settlement
- Handling incoming client enquiries in a professional manner
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants and other third parties
- Database management and general administration duties
The successful candidate will be someone excited by their career in lending, who wants to join a busy workplace where they can flourish and grow. You will ideally have experience in a similar role and knowledge of the loan process, with any experience using Mercury favourable. Above all else our client is looking for someone with a great attitude, confident communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
