The Organisation
Our client is a diversified financial services group that provides a wide range of innovative finance products to consumers and businesses. This is a global organisation operating in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland and working with more than 14,000 partners. They are keen to hire an experienced product professional to lead their Cards Product team.
The Opportunity
The Head of Card Product will be responsible for the company’s card product strategy and execution, combining product performance with feedback from relevant stakeholders. Along with the deliverance of new features and new products, they will also be managing and improving existing product lines. Working in a fast paced, high achieving environment, it’s imperative that you are dynamic and not afraid to “roll up your sleeves”.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and execution of cards product strategy and it being aligned to company’s digital strategy
• Accountable for portfolio’s P&L and performance
• Ensuring products align with compliance and risk management regulations
• Develop and manage relationships at all levels
• Customer acquisition and retention, plus cross-selling across the group

• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Customer centric outlook
• Flexibility and resiliency to assist other portfolios as well
