About the role
With the opportunity to work alongside the Defence Community, we are looking for a proactive and member focused team player to join the Swanbourne branch in WA.
This role will be responsible for:
- Proactively engaging with our members to assist them in achieving their financial goals
- Providing excellent member service and sales while attending to everyday transactional needs
- Cross-selling appropriate products and services
- Proactively delivering solutions to meet our members needs by utilising both inbound and outbound calls
About you
You will be an experienced professional who is passionate about ensuring the best outcomes are achieved for our members. In addition to this, you will also have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Previous experience in financial services of retail industry advantageous
- A passion of delivering exceptional member service
- Tier 2 accreditation (advantageous)
- Proven experience in delivering sales solutions that meet member's needs
- A commitment towards 'going the extra mile'
- Being engaged to use your initiative to identify opportunities for improvement
- Being open, honest, trustworthy and treating others with respect
