Your new company
Market leading financial organisation seeking an Account Services Analyst to join the team in Western Sydney.
Your new role
Your day to day duties will include gathering and investigating data as part of the client on-boarding process, actioning customer requests regarding account set up and maintenance as well as rectifying any inaccuracies and processing actions on existing accounts. You will monitor and action all outstanding items in the workflow systems within set timeframes and ensure that this is prioritised and actioned accordingly with appropriate follow up in place.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a basic knowledge of banking products and services such as transaction accounts and credit/ debit cards. An understanding of compliance and legislation requirements will contribute to your success in this role as well as sound communication and interpersonal skills. Operational experience in handling difficult client matters would be beneficial and you must demonstrate the ability to meet targets and KPIs.
