About our Role
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long term affiliate partnerships and leveraging off relationships with our partner organisations, to identity and grow opportunities for ME. You will also be tasked with the strategic alignment of ME and our affiliate service offerings, delivering customer growth. How exciting does that sound?

In a nutshell, you’ll be focusing on developing and fostering relationships across multiple levels within our affiliate organisations, and identified employers, by establishing personal rapport & credibility. This unique role is critical in identifying and qualifying opportunities to develop formal partnership as well as leading a small team in the delivery on this.

A bit more about the role

  • Identify, develop and maintain commercial relationships with Industry Super Funds, Unions and Employer groups to strategically align ME’s offering to deliver customer growth
  • Work with senior managers and state teams to develop relationships and identify opportunities
  • Implement of State Sector Business Plans
  • Be the face of ME - attendance and representation of ME at Sector agreed delegate training, conferences, seminars and all that jazz!

  • B2B sales experience, including ability to engage and manage relationships at senior levels
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining professional, client-focused relationships
  • Sound knowledge of Banking, Superannuation and the Finance industry
  • Understands how to qualify opportunities and prioritise effort for greatest return
  • Demonstrated experience in the planning, development, implementation and management of business development programs in a complex corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to utilise a range of strategic business planning tools, data and insights
