We are currently looking for a seasoned Payroll Project Manager to join us on a contract basis for up to 12mths. This role will play a pivotal part of the successful delivery of our current Payroll Transition project - delivered via developing and executing change management plans, partnering with the business leadership team, and focusing on maximising business value across the Australia and New Zealand business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Refinement and development of detailed project and change management plan
• Manage project tracking and status reporting to key stakeholders within the Commercial Unit and Region to deliver the completion of the project on time and to budget
• Coordinating project tasks with the team to ensure timely and successful completion of the project task
• Work with the business to ensure required change management plans are developed and executed
• Manage successful project closure and transition of project to sustain
• Ensure compliance of Policies & Procedures

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• More than 5 years’ experiences as a Project Manager with preference of proven delivery of payroll projects
• Bachelor’s degree in related field OR related professional experience
• Certifications in a project management methodology i.e. PMP, PMBoK, Prince2
• Confident with MS Visio, MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel, MS Project
• Experience working across multiple internal and external stakeholders including 3rd party vendor management
• Knowledge of working on payroll implementations
• Management and leadership expertise and experience with direct leadership of teams/team members
• Organizational and cross functional awareness.
• Able to manage high pressure workload and demonstrates leadership and initiative
• Virtual working and ability to work in a matrix environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
