About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional client service and administrative assistance to the Brisbane Office of our client. Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and with multiple stakeholders will make this a challenging and rewarding role for the right candidate.

Your ability to maintain strong client and internal relationships and support the Advisers in growing their business will set you apart. The team consists of Investment Financial Planners, Strategy Financial Planners and a team of Paraplanners.

Ideally, someone who would be happy to stay in the role for 2 or 3 years with the opportunity to move into an Adviser/Client Service Manager role in the future.
  
About You
You have experience in a paraplanning role today in the financial planning industry.  You are motivated to succeed and have the desire to contribute to growing this dynamic business and have the following;

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong levels of personal drive and commitment to achieving personal goals
• Ability to competently use financial planning software (XPLAN)
• Ability to develop strong internal & external relationships
• RG146 compliance.
