The Role
Our trusted QInvest Advice team are seeking enthusiastic Client Relationship Officers to join them on a permanent basis. As a result of growth and an increase in demand for financial advice, we currently have two permanent opportunities available. In the fast-paced role of Client Relationship Officer, you’ll provide high quality administrative and professional support to our Financial Advisors and clients. You’ll effectively and efficiently manage a high workflow, meeting client needs and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. No two days will be the same as you’ll be performing a variety of tasks including administrative support, client service, Statement of Advice coordination and technical knowledge development.

For this opportunity, we’re looking for driven individuals who are passionate about the value of financial advice and who are looking to join a trusted organisation that puts members first. This role would suit someone who has prior experience in a financial advice support role, and who is looking to take the next step in their financial advice career. We’re enthusiastic about career development and training and you’ll have regular opportunities to expand your technical knowledge whilst delivering high-quality customer service to our members in this rewarding role.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal Client Relationship Officer will have:
  • Completed or commenced a Diploma of Financial Planning (or equivalent);
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Business Administration (or equivalent);
  • Previous experience with a financial planning firm, bank branch, fund manager or life office is desirable;
  • Previous knowledge and experience with XPlan;
  • Experience in coordinating and managing underwriting process including life office, medical and client follow up and tracking;
  • Extensive administration experience;
  • Proven ability to build rapport and relationships with internal stakeholders and clients;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage your time, plan and organise a high volume of competing tasks whilst still maintaining excellent attention to detail;
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
