Personal Requirements

• Excellent organisational skills, with initiative and attention to detail.
• Be able to work autonomously but also in a team environment.
• Able to interact with clients on the phone and in person with a friendly and caring manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and competent in computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preference will be given to prior experience with XPLAN.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining client database
• Processing and preparation of application forms, redemption letters, client documents and presentations
• Client correspondence by email & phone
• General office duties such as scanning, diary management, answering phones, binding reports, maintaining meeting rooms and greeting clients and visitors.
• Supporting the Financial Advisers and working alongside other Staff.
