ARC has a client in the FINANCE industry, looking for 4 x Customer Service Representatives to join their dynamic team in RHODES
The duties in this position include:
- Providing information relating to customer account and transaction enquiries
- Actioning account maintenance requests
- Completing customer account transactions
- Providing product and information for existing accounts
- Answering telephone according to Contact Centre standards
- Completing welcome calls to new customers and fulfilling administrative requests such as copies of statements and internet queries.
The successful applicant will have:
- confidence in speaking to customers over the phone
- reliability
- the ability to work full time, Monday to Friday
- great initiative
This position will include a Certificate III in Business Traineeship, which will be completed on the job.
