We have an immediate vacancy and opportunity for a successful candidate to join our dynamic and boutique Financial Services business and fill the vacancy for a Client Services/Administration position.

Our main objective is to help guide and 'project manage' our clients to achieve financial success. We pride ourselves on using our skills and knowledge to listen to our clients and deliver quality 'holistic' advice in a professional, yet approachable manner.  

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to take complete ownership of this position and has a strong desire to develop a long-term career in this industry. Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Setting up meetings, coordinating appointments.
  • Meeting and greeting all clients coming into the office.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and other stakeholders.
  • Liasing with key fund managers and intermediaries.
  • Liasing with clients to follow up the implementation of strategies.
  • Preparation of information for client review meetings and post meeting activities.
  • Managing the implementation process of our advice.
  • Assisting the para planning team with day to day activities and work with company advisers.
  • Client file management and other general office/administration related tasks.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

  • VCE completion as a minimum, tertiary qualified in a relevant field (i.e. commerce, finance or economics) preferable.
  • RG146 compliant or studying towards DFP advantages but not necessary.
  • Previous experience in a customer services role is advantageous.
  • Career Interest in the Financial Services/Advice profession.
  • A vibrant personality.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Flexible and adaptive nature.
  • Capability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Other Computer Software such as XPlan is advantageous.

  • A career orientated person already working the industry and completing studies in a related field; or
  • A person wishing to gain the opportunity to progress or establish a career within Financial Services.
