An excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivables Officer to join a supportive Finance Team. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and be able to join the team on a temporary basis.

Our client is a leading company in the Health industry, with a recognisable brand. This position will have you working in friendly and supportive team, located in the Eastern suburbs. The driven Accounts Receivable Officer will be motivated to strive for continuous improvement in their performance and be provided with ongoing training and support.
Description
This Accounts Receivable position will play an important role in the overall financial performance of the organisation. Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, your role will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Customer record maintenance
- Print and upload invoices
- Allocate payments
- Effective collection of outstanding accounts
- Investigate all overdue accounts
- Manage and process credit applications
- Manage Accounts Receivables inbox
- General ad hoc duties
Profile
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and a high level of attention to detail. Proven work experience in an Accounts Receivables role would be valuable, but not necessary. This ideal individual will have a resilient attitude and a willingness to be able to manage their time accordingly to meet competing deadlines. Experience using a large ERP system and intermediate MS Excel skills would be valuable.
