Progressive Gold Coast organisation seeking motivated Financial Accountant to join their team.
Your new company
Being locally based on the Gold Coast, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a progressive organisation. Due to consistently increasing their market presence through acquisition, the organisation is subsequently fast becoming a leader in their specialism. Due to additional business requirements they are seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As Financial Accountant you will be responsible for producing timely and accurate financial reporting including end of month reports, balance sheet reconciliations, drafting budgets, and ensuring effective management of the company’s cash flow. This role will include completing all statutory requirements including BAS, PAYG, FBT, and payroll tax. You will assist on any ad hoc projects and liaise with auditors when required.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong work ethic, positive energy and self-motivation are key elements for success within this role. You will be CA/CPA qualified or near completion. You will have excellent communication skills, be technically strong and a willingness to take a “hands on” approach. Experience in a listed environment will be advantageous.
