World-renowned luxury retail company looking for a strong Financial Accountant
$65 - $70k + super
CBD location | Interviews happening immediately

This global retail company is looking for a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant to join their team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, assisting with the audit process, and assisting with tax compliance, among other things. The role is based in the CBD and paying $65 - $70k + super.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing financial reports
Assisting with the audit process
Managing FX exposure
Assisting with tax compliance (including income tax, BAS, FBT, and state payroll tax)
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Ensuring compliance with company policies
Monitoring cash flow on a monthly basis
Assisting with process improvements
Various ad hoc activities as directed by the Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

Studying towards or recently completed CA / CPA qualification
Bachelor of Commerce / Finance / Accounting
SAP experience is essential
Excellent communication skills
Previous retail or fashion industry experience
