The Role
Your role as Senior Finance Manager will be multi-faceted and will require a high level of expertise, spanning team management and mentorship, financial reporting as well as business partnering with multiple business units across the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Effective management and continuous development of a team of 5 Accountants and Analysts
- Ensure the smooth running of the function whilst devising strategy and implementing constant improvements in efficiency
- Management of the budgeting and forecasting cycles for the ANZ territory
- Partner with sales teams in order to drive company growth and enhance the performance of the ANZ region
- Management of the internal and external audit process
- Statutory compliance (including FBT / GST) and corporate policy maintenance
- Membership of the APAC leadership team
- Provision of detailed financial reports with effective analysis to the APAC SLT
Your Background
To be considered for this Senior Finance Manager role you must possess the following attributes:
- You will be professionally qualified (e.g. CIMA / CPA / CA or equivalent)
- An impressive track record of achievement
- Team management and development experience
- Experience in a complex international organisation
- Strong revenue recognition expertise from an IT related field, as well as SOX compliance
- Have the confidence to liaise with stakeholders and work in a commercially flavoured business partnering capacity
