Your New Clients
You won't be disappointed by the case load here. You will manage approximately 65 clients. These clients have turnovers that range between $2M - $25M and consist of sole traders, companies, trusts and partnerships.Having recently taken on 14 new large clients, be part of their continued future growth.
The scope of this role will see you have a heavier hand in advising and assisting your clients to shape their business expectations and outcomes for the next few years. It is a nice balance of advisory work combined with people management of your team.
Your New Team
You will have a competent team of approximately 5 underneath you to provide the full accountancy service. This leaves you to concentrate on the higher end work. Strong focus of promoting from within so opportunity here to pinpoint and grow future leaders.

The Partners at this firm are looking for someone to join the firm that craves a pathway for something long term. Partnership is realistic with Equity options on the table within 3-5 years as a Senior Partner transitions out of the business.
