We are a well respected Property & Real Estate Recruitment agency based in the CBD, looking for a Finance & Administration Assistant to join our expanding team.  Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will support the Finance & Administration department with all aspects of Accounting/Bookkeeping/Payroll requirements of our business.

This is a very hands-on role, duties include but are not limited to:
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable including debt collection
  • Payroll
  • Banking and Bank Reconciliations
  • Monthly reporting of P & L
  • Preparation of BAS/PAYG
  • Cashflow and budgets.
  • HR and general filing
  • IT & Database Systems management
  • Provide assistance with database systems, procedures and reporting
  • Participate in general business administrative duties as required by the Head of Operations
You will require:
  • Up to 2-3 years finance experience in a similar role
  • Relevant accounting qualification(s), or the ability to demonstrate appropriate skills and knowledge.
  • Experience with a specialized Database advantageous (MYOB & Astute Payroll)
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent Numeracy skills & attention to detail
  • High level confidentiality Integrity, reliable & professional attitude
  • Well-developed communication skills (written & Verbal) with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of organizational, time management , analyzing, problem solving & leadership, adaptability
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines as well as manage priorities and staff requirements
