Rydges Mackay Suites is currently looking for a full time Financial Controller, reporting directly to the General Manager..
The Financial Controller is an integral part of our management team who will ensure the highest standards of financial management and optimum returns. You will provide financial leadership, direction and advice to the General Manager and team.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS...
- You possess strong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets, reports and forecasts.
- You are able to successfully analyse financial data and market trends.
- You are able to instill a strong accounting and operating environment to safe guard assets, improve operations and profitability.
- You possess a thorough knowledge of all Microsoft programs, experience with SUN Systems and hotel management property systems such as CMS.
- You are a diligent problem solver with strong commercial aptitude, outstanding leadership skills, and recognised finance and accounting experience.
- You hold a recognised accounting degree and experience with Gaming is well regarded.
You have at least 2 years experience as a Financial Controller with an International hotel, would be an advantage.
