Opportunity to provide superb customer service support in Credit Collection for a Global company
Your new company
A Global company within the automotive space, a "house-hold" reputable name within vehicle rental services are expanding their Credit and Recoveries team. Based in Mascot, with car-parking available on site.
Our client are searching for a Credit/Collections professional with experience to match. Perhaps you have been working within a similar industry and believe you would really enjoy the leap into automotive and rental services?
Are you personable and committed to finding solutions for those everyday people who do need some guidance on how best to pay their claims?
Culture is such an important factor for this onsite team, the successful applicant will be pleasant to deal with and pride themselves on customer service and building lasting relationships.
Your new role
- Self-Manage your own Portfolio of claims
- Ensure each case is actioned and making progress
- Direct communication with external customers in regards to their claim, procedure and creation of next steps to best suit their needs
- Providing excellent customer service
- Collection calls - chasing those outstanding debts
- Reporting back to Credit Manager
- Document management - ensuring each case is compliant and adheres with current policies
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within a similar claims / collections role
- Ability to be open and honest with customers
- A determination to allocate outstanding debt
- Previous experience in managing own portfolio and customers
- Clear communication - to be forward thinking in providing solutions or alternatives to customers
What you'll get in return

Salary of $60,225 annual package + team bonus (approx. 10K)
