ROLE

Monitor credit limits and debtors ageing.
Liaise with Sales Manager and Finance Manager.
Reconcile debtors and prepare monthly reports.
Assist customer with account queries.
Allocation of receipts and credit card payments.
Correspondence, data entry and general administration.

YOU

Have 3-5 years' accounts receivable experience.
Are calm under pressure but relish a busy, fast-paced office.
Enjoy customer service and have good telephone manner.
Manage time effectively and pay attention to detail.
Handle volume transactions in an enthusiastic manner.
Know how to smile and multi-task.
