The Company
Our client is a well-known international retail brand based in Melbourne’s CBD that requires an experienced reporting analyst with excellent systems accounting skills, to create a budgeting and forecasting model. This role would suit an individual with a natural talent for process improvements.
The Role
This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with an organisation that will offer continued professional development. It will focus on the following areas:
- Building a prototype (dataset, inputs sheets, GL structure) to facilitate the budgeting and forecasting process
- Work alongside senior management on a TM1/Jedox Implementation plan
- Support the FY19 budget upload by improving and streamlining the process
- Automate and improve financial reports
- Build tools that are effective for group and foreign currency consolidation
- Support Finance Team

Your Profile
You will have 5-10 years’ experience as a reporting analyst with prior exposure to building and developing a budgeting tool. You will have outstanding system skills (excel macro’s, VBA, SQL, TM1, OLAP) and evidence of a strong accounting background. Prior industry or ASX listed experienced would be preferred. You will have exceptional communication skills, and the qualities of a great business partner for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
