Your new role
Your new role will see you managing the workflow of dedicated accountants while managing and building on client relationships.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Build strong client relationships with the Partners
- Strong knowledge in tax compliance and comprehensive advisory
- Good capability in negotiating and preparing quotes and engagements for services
- Managing and developing junior staff
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and external third parties
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 6 years' of experience within a professional services firm
- You will be CA/CPA qualified and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Management of staff experience
- Management of existing ledger of clients
- Ability to be responsive to new leads as referred by Partners
